Since 1991, Hunan Smallgoods has been producing Chinese sausages and specialty meat products in Cabramatta, Sydney. What began as a family craft has grown through more than three decades of hands-on experience, with the Lam family continuing to refine the recipes, techniques and flavours behind Hunan Smallgoods.

From traditional lap cheong to specialty cured meats, our products are made for the dishes people know, cook and share. Familiar flavours, dependable quality and respect for tradition have remained at the heart of what we do.

Today, Hunan Smallgoods continues to produce Chinese smallgoods in Sydney for families, retailers and food businesses, carrying the traditions that began in 1991 into a new generation.
